目的 :探讨中药止痛安神口服液及小剂量倍他乐克预防士兵焦虑、失眠、疲乏及严重心律失常的效果。方法 :对新老兵各 6 0名进行随机分为止痛安神口服液组 ( 10ml,2次 /天 ,口服 )、倍他乐克组 ( 6 2 5mg 2次 /天 ,口服 )、安慰剂组 (服用淀粉制成形状与倍他乐克相似的安慰剂 ,方法同上 ) ;1周后每人各抽取静脉血 ,立刻做模拟战前应激动员 ,进行负重越野训练 30min ,运动终止立刻抽取静脉血 ,分析运动前后各指标的变化。结果 :三组应激训练后各指标比较均明显升高 ,相差均非常显著 (P <0 0 1) ;组间比较 :血糖变化无明显差异 ,血乳酸以止痛安神液组较低 ,安慰剂组血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素的分泌量均明显升高 ,老兵比以新兵较高。结论 :止痛安神口服液及倍他乐克均能明显降低血清去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、乳酸等浓度 ,且有抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用 ,可作为预防应激反应等药物。

Results: Compared with the control group, the indexes of the three groups were significantly increased after stress training (P <0.01); there was no significant difference between the two groups in the changes of blood glucose, Plasma norepinephrine, epinephrine secretion were significantly higher, veterans than recruit higher. Conclusion: Analgesic Anshen Oral Liquid and Betaloc can significantly reduce the concentration of serum norepinephrine, epinephrine, lactic acid and so on, and have anti-fatigue and hypoxia-tolerance effects, which can be used as a preventive drug for stress response.
