目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在急性期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2015年5月至2017年5月我院收治的急性期脑梗死60例患者临床资料,所有患者均在我院接受头颅CT和磁共振扫描。结果:60例患者首次进行CT平扫时发现41例有梗死病灶,梗死部位有脑干5例,颞叶8例,基底节区21例,小脑3例,大脑中动脉4例。磁共振扫描复查,其中发现梗死病42例,DWI扫描均显示高信号,ADC图上均显示低信号,梗死灶与对对侧正常部位脑组织ADC值分别为(0.49±0.18)×1000s/m~2和(0.77±0.07)×1000s/m~2,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT对急性期脑梗死的范围、程度具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The clinical data of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent CT and MRI in our hospital. Results: The first CT scan in 60 patients showed infarct lesions in 41 cases, 5 cases of brain stem in infarction, 8 cases of temporal lobe, 21 cases of basal ganglia, 3 cases of cerebellum and 4 cases of middle cerebral artery. The results of MRI scan showed that there were 42 cases of infarction, all showed high signal on DWI scan and low signal on ADC map. The ADC values of brain tissue in infarction and normal contralateral were (0.49 ± 0.18) × 1000s / m ~ 2 and (0.77 ± 0.07) × 1000s / m ~ 2, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: MSCT has important diagnostic value for the range and degree of acute cerebral infarction.
