分析了目前桥梁设计方法存在的问题,在寿命周期成本分析的基础上,提出了一种新的基于桥梁性能的桥梁全寿命设计方法和思路,即在满足桥梁服务水平的前提下,以桥梁寿命周期成本最小为优化目标对设计方案进行评估。研究了桥梁寿命周期成本的组成,并以此建立混合寿命周期成本优化模型,通过优化分析,得到最优的桥梁设计方案。通过算例研究,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法的实现不仅能保证桥梁提供长期稳定的服务水平,而且能起到控制长期投资、减小对社会不利影响的目的。
Based on the analysis of life cycle cost, a new design method and idea of full life of bridge based on bridge performance is proposed. That is, under the premise of meeting the service level of bridge, the bridge life span Cycle costs are minimized to evaluate the design for optimization goals. The composition of life cycle cost of bridges is studied. Based on this, a hybrid life cycle cost optimization model is established, and the optimal bridge design scheme is obtained through optimization analysis. Through the case study, the effectiveness of this method is verified. The realization of this method can not only ensure that bridges provide long-term and stable service levels, but also control the long-term investment and reduce the adverse impact on society.
