我们应用自制血液增菌培养基(葡萄糖肉汤)和L型菌培养基对1711份血液和骨髓标本培养,阳性检出率为35.2%,其中G ̄+球菌占57.3%,G ̄_杆菌占37.o%,L型菌占检出菌的13.6%,这说明L型菌感染应引起临床高度重视.同时对检出致病菌和条件致病菌进行药物敏感试验,结果表明,常见致病菌对各种抗生素的平均耐药率分别为CEF(25.4%)、GEN(30.9%)、CMP(35.8%)、OXA(56.4%)、ERY(57.9%)、COS(62.9%)、AKN(15.6%)、KAN(44.4%)、STR(58.4%)、AMP(49.9%),因此,CEF和AKN仍是治疗各种败血症和菌血症的较理想抗菌药物.
