子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一。我院妇科自1964年4月～1983年12月共收治并经病理证实为子宫内膜癌者共626例,其中128例(20.4％)单应用放射治疗。现将128例进行临床分析,并结合文献进行讨论。一、临床资料 1.发病年龄:21～80岁,平均55.28岁。40岁以上者125例(97.6％),39岁以下者仅3例(2.3％)。随着年龄增加,比率越高。发病高峰年龄在50～69岁年龄组,共97例(75.7％),与文献报告基本符合。
