[目的]探讨EGFR和PI3K/AKT信号通路mRNA表达及EGFR拷贝数、EGFR和PTEN突变对脑胶质细胞瘤患者预后的影响.[方法]从开放阅览癌症基因图谱(TCGA)网站下载标准化的160例脑胶质细胞瘤患者的EGFR拷贝数、EGFR和PTEN突变量、EGFR,PTEN,PI3K/AKT信号通路的mRNA表达量,并进行统计学分析.[结果]EGFR扩增时,EGFR mRNA,PTEN mRNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR突变时,EGFR mRNA表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR mRNA高表达患者的生存率、EGFR扩增及突变患者的生存率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]在脑胶质细胞瘤中EGFR扩增与突变均对EGFR mRNA的表达起作用,且EGFR扩增、突变和mRNA的高表达均可作为评估脑胶质细胞瘤患者预后的重要指标.
[Objective] To investigate the effects of EGFR and PI3K / AKT signaling pathway mRNA expression and EGFR copy number, EGFR and PTEN mutations on the prognosis of patients with glioma. [Methods] From the open reading Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) website, a standardized 160 EGFR copy number, EGFR and PTEN mutation amount, EGFR, PTEN, PI3K / AKT signaling pathway mRNA expression in patients with glioma were analyzed. [Results] EGFR mRNA, PTEN (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in EGFR mRNA expression between EGFR mutation group (P <0.05). Survival rate, EGFR amplification and survival rate of patients with EGFR overexpression (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Both EGFR amplification and mutation in glioma play an important role in the expression of EGFR mRNA, and EGFR amplification, mutation and high expression of mRNA can be used as evaluation Prognosis of glioma patients with an important indicator.
