目前,全国冬小麦从南到北陆续成熟收获。“麦熟一晌”。农民朋友经过8个多月耕种管理,一定会不失时机地精心收回辛勤劳动的成果。近几年,随着人民生活水平的提高和食品加工业的发展,在我省乃至全国用于加工面包、饺子、方便面等高档食品所需要的优质专用小麦远远不能满足市场消费的需要。据专家测算,在面积和总产量居全国首位的河南省,其优质小麦仅占种植面积的4%,每年还要从国外大量调入。因此,对这部分小麦更要珍视,组织专家技术人员和农民,搞好观察测评,做到精收细打,保质保纯,专仓保管,为今年秋冬播扩大繁殖推广提供较多的优质种子。本期“金种子”栏目集中介绍八个优质专用小麦品种,供各地农民朋友识别和选用。
