以质量守衡为基础,推导了压缩机级吸气系数的准确计算表达式,并在具体条件下给出工程简化计算公式,通过例证说明文中简化公式的准确性.根据不同的吸、排气条件,分析影响压缩机级吸气系数的因素,说明气体临界状态附近进气加热是影响压缩机级吸气系数的主要因素;而在其它情况下,相对余隙容积α是压缩机级吸气系数λs的主要影响因素.这一结论对压缩机结构设计具有重要的指导作用.
On the basis of quality balance, the accurate calculation expression of compressor-level intake coefficient is deduced, and the engineering simplified calculation formula is given under specific conditions. The accuracy of the simplified formula is illustrated in the illustration. According to different suction and exhaust conditions, the factors influencing the compressor-level intake coefficient are analyzed. It is shown that the intake air heating near the critical state of the gas is the main factor that affects the compressor-level intake coefficient. In other cases, the relative clearance volume α is the main factor affecting the compressor-stage intake coefficient λs. This conclusion plays an important guiding role in compressor structure design.
