左束支前分支传导阻滞(左前半阻滞)心电图在临床上并非少见,绝大多数被认为是存在着病理性、器质性心脏病改变,文献记载不下于二十余种。心脏疾患可以引起左前半阻滞,年轻者以先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病和心肌病等为多见;年岁较大者则以冠心病、高血压性心脏病以及主动脉瓣病等为多。有人认为左前半阻滞其意义与完全性左束支阻滞相同。也有人认为,除同时伴有其它异常心电图
