[目的]筛选苄嘧磺隆的增效剂。[方法]以萝卜为受体植物,室内测定Span60、油酸甲酯、硅油一号、Tween20、洗涤剂5种常用助剂对苄嘧磺隆除草活性的增效作用。[结果]综合各助剂与苄嘧磺隆混用对萝卜的相对株防效、相对茎长抑制率、相对地上部鲜重抑制率、相对根长抑制率和相对根鲜重抑制率的影响结果可知:Span60和油酸甲酯对苄嘧磺隆除草活性的增效作用较强,洗涤剂的增效作用较弱。[结论]Span60和油酸甲酯可作为苄嘧磺隆的增效剂;研究结果可为苄嘧磺隆增效剂的筛选研究提供参考。
[Objective] To screen the synergist of bensulfuron-methyl. [Method] With radish as acceptor plant, the synergistic effect of five common auxiliaries such as Span60, methyl oleate, silicone oil No.1, Tween20 and detergent on the weeding activity of bensulfuron - methyl was determined indoors. [Result] The results showed that the relative control effect, the relative stem length inhibition rate, the relative fresh upper fresh weight inhibition rate, the relative root length inhibition rate and the relative fresh weight fresh weight inhibition rate of the radish were comprehensively combined with the respective additives and bensulfuron-methyl We can see: Span60 and methyl oleate on the bensulfuron-methyl strong synergistic effect weaker detergent synergistic effect weaker. [Conclusion] Span60 and methyl oleate could be used as the synergist of bensulfuron - methyl. The results could provide a reference for the screening of the bensulfuron - methyl synergist.
