目的通过对家庭主妇进行慢性病健康教育,探索其在与饮食密切相关的慢性病防治中的作用。方法选取符合入选标准的120位家庭妇女及其所在家庭作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组不给予任何干预措施,观察组采取对主妇进行健康宣教。3个月后,对两组家庭主妇所在家庭成员生理指标控制情况、健康知识知晓情况和生活习惯改变情况进行比较。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析,计量资料用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)表示,采用t检验,计数资料用率(%)表示,采用χ2检验,P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果干预3个月后,观察组家庭主妇及家庭成员的生活习惯和对照组相比改善明显,对慢性病健康知识问卷回答正确率为91.58%,明显高于对照组70.17%;家庭主妇及家庭成员的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的平均值均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对家庭主妇进行慢性疾病的健康宣教对于家庭成员及自身慢性病的防治具有积极作用,值得在慢性病患者家庭进行推广。
Objective To explore the role of housewives in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases that are closely related to diet through chronic health education on chronic diseases. Methods A total of 120 domestic women and their families who met the inclusion criteria were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases each. The control group did not give any interventions and the observation group adopted health education for housewives. Three months later, the two groups of housewives where the family members physiological indicators control, health knowledge and lifestyle changes were compared. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (xˉ ± s), t test was used and the count data (%) was used. Chi-square test was used. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant . Results After three months of intervention, the lifestyle habits of the housewives and family members in the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group. The correct answer rate of the questionnaire on health knowledge of chronic diseases was 91.58%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.17%); housewives and family members Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The healthy missionary education of housewives on chronic diseases has a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of family members and their own chronic diseases and is worth promoting in the family of patients with chronic diseases.
