目的:研究白香丹胶囊对经前期综合征(PMS)肝气逆证大鼠血清和大脑皮层中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)与谷氨酸(Glu)的影响,进而探讨PMS肝气逆证的发病机制。方法:以情志刺激多因素法复制PMS肝气逆证大鼠模型,经药物白香丹胶囊干预,采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法检测大鼠血清及皮层中GABA与Glu的含量。结果:大鼠造模后血清和大脑皮层中GABA、Glu含量均显著降低,白香丹胶囊给药后GABA、Glu含量均显著升高。结论:PMS肝气逆证大鼠血清及大脑皮层中GABA、Glu含量变化与PMS肝气逆证关系密切,白香丹胶囊可能通过调节血清及大脑皮层中GABA、Glu的表达发挥疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bai Xiang Dan Capsule on GABA and Glu in serum and cerebral cortex of rats with PMS-induced liver-qi invasion, Pathogenesis. Methods: The model of PMS liver-qi invasion was induced by multivariate emotion stimulation. The contents of GABA and Glu in serum and cortex of rats were determined by HPLC after premedication by HPLC. Results: The contents of GABA and Glu in serum and cerebral cortex were significantly decreased after modeling in rats, and the content of GABA and Glu in Bai Xiang Dan capsules increased significantly after administration. CONCLUSION: The changes of GABA and Glu contents in serum and cerebral cortex of PMS liver-qi invasion syndrome rats are closely related to PMS liver-qi invasion syndrome. Bai Xiang Dan capsule may play a role in regulating the expression of GABA and Glu in serum and cerebral cortex.
