运用ProCAST软件对铝合金化油器中体压铸件进行压铸模拟仿真.通过分析压铸过程中金属流体的流动场、温度场以及预测缺陷的分布和含量,优化了压铸工艺参数:压射速度为2.5 m/s,模具预热温度为210℃,浇注温度为620℃,内浇口厚度为2.5 mm.通过压铸试验,得到了合格的化油器中体压铸件.通过金相观察,证实了模拟结果的准确性.“,”Filling process of die casting aluminum alloy carburetor midbody was simulated by the ProCAST software.By analyzing temperature field and flow field in die-casting process of aluminum carburetor and observing distribution and volume of predicated flaws,the optimized parameters of die-casting process were presented as follows:the injection speed of 2.5 m/s,mold preheating temperature of 210 ℃,pouring temperature of 620 ℃ and ingate thickness of 2.5 mm.Through adopting the optimized parameters,the qualified carburetor midbody was produced successfully.Microstructural observation reveal,that the simulated defects are well in agreement with the practical ones.
