对于老板来说可能最重视的第一是谈大生意的大客户,第二是企业的又一上帝──政府的头头脑脑,第三大概排到老婆大人、红颜知已类。但是不知道有没有老板想过这样一个问题,在你的经营生涯中谁是与你相处时间最长的人,谁是对你的企业发展影响最持久的人,而谁又是仰你鼻息、靠你最近的人呢? 不是客户,不是官员,不是老婆大人,是你的员工。想起来可口可乐公司总裁最为著名的一句话“如果有一天我的厂房没有了,设备没有了,一切都毁于一旦的话,如果我的员工还在,那么我的企业照样可以一切继续。”我想这个设想可能对于所有的老板来讲都是一种经营的梦想,但是大部分人认定的结果是什么呢──突发奇想?理所当然或者不可思议! 那么你怎么认为呢?如果你恰巧也是我的读者的话! 显然结果是因人而异的,我们如果不绕得很远的话,那么我们只是想说员工对于一个企业来说具有多么重要的作用,作为老板,你应该学会怎么去讨员工欢心,如果你对这一点持有异议的话,不如我们换一种说法,倘若你是一个个人至上主义者,至少你要学会一点──怎么不讨员工的嫌。全球调查公司目前的一项调查显示,员工更为厌恶的老板特征排序如下,不如引以为鉴如何?
