本文对环境商品及其价格的特点和分类以及环境价格税收与环境标准、环境法律、环境行政手段的关系进行了探讨,同时提出了在环境价格理论中需要抓紧研究的几个问题。
In this paper, the characteristics and classification of environmental goods and their prices as well as the relationship between environmental price tax and environmental standards, environmental law and environmental administrative measures are discussed. Several problems need to be studied urgently in environmental price theory.
