21世纪是网络与信息的时代,人类的工作行为与上个世纪的传统工业时代有了明显的不同,其中一个重要区别在于:工业社会的主体是机器,而信息社会则是以人为本,人是主体。因此,21世纪的发展轨迹将是更加注重人的管理,注重人的主观能动性的发挥,从管理学上来说,就是将从机械化管理转向人性化管理。
The 21st century is an era of network and information. There is a clear difference between the working behaviors of mankind and the traditional industrial age of the last century. One of the important differences lies in the fact that the main body of an industrial society is a machine while the information society is people-oriented and people are the main body . Therefore, the track of development in the 21st century will focus more on human management and people’s subjective initiative. From a management perspective, we will shift from mechanized management to humane management.
