目的探讨护网明目散对实验性糖尿病视网膜病变瘦素的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠100只,随机分为模型组、中药治疗组?西药治疗组?中西医结合治疗组和正常空白对照组,每组20只。以链尿佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱发大鼠糖尿病模型。确定造膜成功后开始分组给药,每日给药1次。用药3个月后,取各组大鼠眼球制成石蜡切片,采用免疫组化法观察视网膜瘦素(leptin)表达水平。结果治疗45天后,中药治疗组、中西医结合治疗组leptin明显低于模型组、西药治疗组(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组与中药治疗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论护网明目散可有效降低因糖尿病视网膜病变微循环障碍诱发视网膜产生的leptin水平,抑制新生血管的形成,阻止单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变向增殖型的发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of protection network Mingmu powder on leptin in experimental diabetic retinopathy. Methods One hundred male Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine treatment group, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and normal control group, with 20 rats in each group. Rats with diabetes mellitus were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). After the successful establishment of the membrane was established, it was administered in groups and administered once a day. After 3 months of treatment, the eyeballs of each group were made into paraffin sections, and the expression level of leptin in the retina was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results After treatment for 45 days, the leptin in the Chinese medicine treatment group and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group and the western medicine treatment group (P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and the Chinese medicine treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huofing Mingmu Powder can effectively reduce the level of leptin produced by diabetic retinopathy induced by microcirculation, inhibit the formation of new blood vessels, and prevent the development of simple diabetic retinopathy to proliferative type.
