《南康市志(1986～2000)》(以下简称《南康市志》)使用小篇体式,志首有概述、大事记、特载,书后为附录,全志设34卷、161章、701节,146．5万字,分卷、章、节、目四个层次,资料丰富,内容详实。这部志书是2005年1月出版的,笔者阅读时距出版时间已一年有半。不过,与近年出版的一些新编志书相比,其创新之迹仍不失前卫性。下面,兹就几个方面,对该志的编纂成就和优点,略事评析。
