研究了0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢管制备过程中中间管坯的热处理工艺对成品管组织和性能的改善。研究表明:中间管坯经不同温度真空热处理后,管坯表面光洁,无明显氧化层且管材组织均匀,其中经1080℃×8min热处理后管坯晶粒度为6级;经900℃×60min真空热处理后管坯晶粒度为10级。中间管坯在大气环境中经1100℃×3min热处理后,管坯表面氧化严重,管坯晶粒组织粗大不均匀,在管坯内壁出现明显细晶区域。成品钢管拉伸试验表明,采用1080℃×8min真空热处理后的中间管坯所制备的成品钢管拉伸综合性能优良。
The improvement of the microstructure and properties of the finished tube during the heat treatment of the intermediate tube during the preparation of the 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel tube was studied. The results show that the surface of the tube blank is bright and smooth with no obvious oxide layer and homogeneous pipe structure after vacuum heat treatment at different temperature. The crystal grain size of the tube blank after the heat treatment at 1080 ℃ × 8min is 6, and after 900 ℃ × 60min vacuum After heat treatment, the grain size of the tube is 10 grade. After heat treatment at 1100 ℃ for 3min in the atmosphere, the surface of the tube blank was seriously oxidized. The coarse and coarse grains of the tube blank were not uniform. The finely grained area appeared on the inner wall of the tube blank. Tensile tests of finished steel pipe showed that the tensile strength of the finished steel pipe prepared by the intermediate tube after vacuum heat treatment at 1080 ℃ × 8min was excellent.
