在医院的日常工作中,档案起着非常重要的作用。但在医院的档案管理中还存在着一些问题需要进行改进和完善。因此为了有效的提高档案的利用效率,加快档案的建设工作,需要对档案实行规范化的管理,为医院经济效益和社会效益的实现打下坚实的基础。文中对医院档案规范化管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对如何提高医院档案规范化管理的具体的措施进行了阐述。
In the daily work of the hospital, the file plays a very important role. However, there are still some problems in the hospital’s file management that need to be improved and perfected. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of archives and accelerate the construction of archives, we need to standardize the archives management and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the hospital’s economic and social benefits. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the standardized management of hospital files and further elaborates on how to improve the standardized management of hospital files.
