利用CFD软件对所取多个翼型截面为基准下的风力机桨叶和风轮覆冰进行数值模拟,在针对三维风力机桨叶结冰时,采取截取多个翼型进行二维覆冰模拟得出覆冰冰形,从二维覆冰的形状和覆冰的覆盖区域以及覆冰量的规律去判断整个桨叶覆冰的属性,且在之后针对风力机桨叶覆冰前后性能进行对比分析。研究结果对风力机桨叶的覆冰机理和风力机运行控制具有一定意义,且为风力机桨叶覆冰的实验研究提供了理论基础和对比数据。
The CFD software was used to simulate the wind turbine blades and wind turbine icing on the basis of a plurality of airfoil cross sections. When the ice blades of a three-dimensional wind turbine were frozen, a plurality of airfoils were taken to simulate the two-dimensional ice-coating The icing ice shape is obtained, and the properties of the whole blade icing are judged according to the shape of the icing ice, the coverage area of the icing and the ice coating volume, and the performance of the icing blade before and after icing is compared . The research results have some significance to the ice-coating mechanism of wind turbine blades and wind turbine operation control, and provide the theoretical basis and comparative data for the experimental study of wind turbine blade icing.
