冲突是组织内部普遍存在的现象,对冲突的管理是组织的重要工作。本文通过一名实习生同时接下两项工作而导致自己在组织中地位尴尬,引发一系列关于组织冲突的思考。笔者建议实习生从整体上看待组织,在相互依赖中思考和行动,利用组织传播的原理尽量去避免冲突。即便发生冲突也要用有效的方式去磋商和解决。
Conflict is a ubiquitous phenomenon within the organization. The management of conflicts is an important part of the organization’s work. This article led to an awkward position in the organization by taking in two jobs at the same time by an intern, triggering a series of reflections on organizational conflicts. The author suggests that the intern should consider the organization as a whole, think and act in the interdependence, and try to avoid the conflict by using the principle of organizational communication. Even in the event of a conflict, we must negotiate and resolve the issue in an effective manner.
