2016年7月,司法部下发《关于废止〈司法部、建设部关于房屋登记管理中加强公证的联合通知〉的通知》,明确取消不动产继承登记强制性公证,虽然这一规定是我国不动产继承登记工作的一个进步,但并不等于不动产继承登记没有任何法律风险。文章就不动产继承登记公证废止后的风险及防范展开具体研究,以期为相关不动产登记机构工作带来一定启发。
