目的建立HPLC法测定小儿咳喘颗粒中黄芩苷的方法,控制产品的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对小儿咳喘颗粒中的黄芩苷进行测定。色谱柱:Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),体积流量1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm;柱温室温。结果黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.049 5~1.485 0μg,平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.52%。结论方法可行、重现性好,能有效地控制小儿咳喘颗粒的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in children Kechuan Granules and to control the quality of the product. Methods The baicalin in children Kechuan granule was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Hypersil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2), volume flow rate of 1 mL / min and detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.049 5 ~ 1.485 0 μg, the average recovery was 99.99% and the RSD was 0.52%. Conclusion The method is feasible, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of pediatric cough granules.
