目的:通过参加湖北省卫生厅和质量技术监督局布置的实验室间食用植物油检测能力验证考核,来逐步完善实验室的质量控制管理和业务技术能力的提高,湖北省卫生厅和质量技术监督局根据上报的实验结果将掌握各市、州、县疾病预防控制中心实验室的检测能力情况。方法:依据中华人民共和国国家标准GB5009.37-2003(食用植物油卫生标准分析方法)。结果:本法残留溶剂的检出限为0.1 mg/kg,按同一样品项目检测20份,考核样品编号061115的酸价平均值为5.3 mg/g,标准偏差为0.044,RSD0.83%,过氧化值平均值为28 m eq/kg,标准偏差0.34,RSD1.2%。考核样品编号061120酸价平均值为3.5 mg/g,标准偏差0.023,RSD0.66%,过氧化值平均值为9.6 m eq/kg,标准偏差为0.13,RSD1.3%。结论:按照文件规定的时间向湖北省疾病预防控制中心质量技术管理办公室上报结果,荆门市疾病预防控制中心检测检验所两份食用植物油中酸价、过氧化值项目的能力验证考核合格。
