目的探讨盐酸利多卡因对人工流产扩宫效果。方法对130例要求人工流产的早孕健康孕妇随机分组,分用药组与对照组进行观察。结果用药组的扩宫效果优于对照组,人工流产综合反应发生率低,程度轻,缩短手术时间,不影响宫缩,不增加出血量,减轻了患者的痛苦。结论盐酸利多卡因对人工流产术中的扩宫有很好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of lidocaine hydrochloride on induced abortion. Methods A total of 130 pregnant women with early pregnancy requiring artificial abortion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Results The dilation effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of comprehensive reaction induced by induced abortion was low, and the degree of operation was shortened, the operation time was shortened, the uterine contractions were not affected, the amount of bleeding was not increased and the patient’s pain was relieved. Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride has a good effect on the expansion of labor in induced abortion.
