提出了在新农村建设过程中进行健康教育的重要性,认为我国农村健康教育主要存在政府不够重视、健康教育人员专业素质不高、健康教育机构不健全等问题,并从加强组织领导、建设健康教育试点村、实行农村区块责任医生制度、加强健康教育人员业务指导等方面提出了促进农村健康教育的对策。
