编者按:中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司在建立现代企业制度中,坚持和完善以职代会为基本形式的企业民主管理制度的经验受到了全总领导的充分肯定和好评。上海石化的经验说明,要推动企业民主管理工作的深入发展,关键是要根据企业改革、发展的实际,积极探索符合企业特点的民主管理的新形式、新方法,形成有效的运行机制。为进一步推进企业职工民主管理工作,本刊特向各地介绍上海石化的经验。
Editor’s Note: Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in establishing a modern enterprise system, adhere to and improve the system of employee congresses as the basic form of corporate democratic management experience has been fully affirmed and praised the leadership of the whole.
