目的:测定普罗碘铵经肌肉或球后注射后,不同时间点家兔房水中碘的质量浓度。方法:40只健康成年家兔随机 分为3组,Ⅰ组为空白时照组;Ⅱ组每只家免右眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3ml,72小时后左眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3ml;Ⅲ组每只 家免肌肉注射普罗碘胺24mg/kg;各组在用药后1小时、3小时、6小时、12小时、24小时取房水,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测 定其中碘浓度。结果:球后及肌肉注射组房水碘含量与空白对照组比较均具有显著性差异。结论:普罗碘铵经肌肉及球后注射 能透过血眼屏障进入眼内,代谢缓慢。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentration of iodine in aqueous humor of rabbits at different time points after intramuscular or retrobulbar injection of propidium iodide. Methods: Forty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: group Ⅰ was blank control group; group Ⅱ was given 0.3 mL of propiolazine after right eyeball; group 0.3 mg of propiolazine was injected into left eyeball after 72 hours; ; Each group in group Ⅲ was given intramuscular ethylamine 24 mg / kg intramuscularly; each group was given aqueous solution of 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after treatment, and the concentration of iodine was determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry . Results: There was a significant difference in water iodine content between the posterior chamber and intramuscular injection group and the blank control group. CONCLUSION: Proiodonium can be injected into the eye through the blood-eye barrier via intramuscular and posterior injection, with slow metabolism.
