在食用菌的科研和生产中,我们认识到农田化栽培食用菌是一条设备简单、易操作、投入少、经济效益高的途径,还可以提高土壤肥力,促进土壤团粒结构的形成,增加作物产量,从而形成了一个良好的农业生态循环。本文主要介绍农田化栽培的具体技术。 (一)场地的选择 场地要选在地势较高,水源方便的地方。夏季雨水多的地区,场地四周应开好排水沟。土壤肥力中等以上,富含有机质的壤土、粘土和沙土不适应栽培食用菌,切忌低洼地段和“高原”地段,以便取得所需的温度、湿度、光照。
