网络社会条件下,青年学生犯罪现象屡有发生,成为全社会十分关注的重大问题。分析青年学生的犯罪原因,对于探索教育对策、预防犯罪具有重要意义。网络的负面影响和个人对网络负面影响的内在抗拒力分别是青年学生犯罪生成的客观因素和主观因素。
Under the social conditions of the Internet, the crime of young students frequently occurs and becomes a major issue that the whole society is greatly concerned about. Analysis of the reasons for the crime of young students, for exploring educational strategies, crime prevention is of great significance. The negative influence of the network and the inherent resistance of individuals to the negative impact of the Internet are the objective factors and the subjective factors of the crime of youth students.
