以武汉市房地产交易大厦为例,采用能耗模拟与实测调查相结合的方法,对大楼空调系统的运行和管理提出了节能建议。通过建筑能耗模拟,对主要能耗影响因素以及各种节能措施进行了定性和定量分析,评估出该大楼的节能潜力,并提出了适合武汉地区既有高层公共建筑节能改造的可行性措施。最后,采用正交试验得出了各影响因素对建筑负荷影响的主次关系。
Taking the real estate transaction building in Wuhan as an example, this paper puts forward the energy - saving suggestions on the operation and management of building air - conditioning system by adopting a combination of energy consumption simulation and field survey. Through the simulation of building energy consumption, the influencing factors of main energy consumption and various energy-saving measures were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, the potential for energy saving of the building was evaluated, and the feasibility measures suitable for the energy-saving renovation of existing high-rise public buildings in Wuhan were put forward. Finally, using orthogonal test, we get the primary and secondary relationship of each influencing factor on the construction load.
