近年来随着自由基生物学和医学研究不断深入,自由基(FR)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)与肿瘤发生、发展的关系越来越受到重视。由于头颈部特殊的解剖生理特点,因而更易受到外源性自由基的影响。从现有的研究结果已发现,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,肿瘤组织内的FR和LPO呈现出先升高后逐渐下降的变化规律,前者可能与肿瘤的发生有关,而后者则与肿瘤的发展有关。根据这些特征的变化,临床上在不同阶段进行人为性的自由基代谢调节,在防治肿瘤方面已取得了一些突破性的进展。
In recent years, with the deepening of free radical biology and medical research, the relationship between free radicals (FR) and lipid peroxides (LPO) and the occurrence and development of tumors has received increasing attention.
