大准铁路点岱沟至九苏木段增二线建设及丹洲营至燕庄段单线双向自动闭塞改造后,大准线目前运能瓶颈区段为九苏木至丹洲营段,运输能力为8900万吨,运需矛盾非常紧张,如何提升九苏木至丹洲营段运输能力,是大准铁路面临的一个重要课题。文章根据大准线目前运输能力情况,对提升九苏木至丹洲营段运输能力的必要性进行了系统分析。结合项目投资预算,从项目建设对大准铁路的战略意义,项目投资盈亏平衡点等方面进行分析,对九苏木至丹洲营段单线双向自闭改造与复线建设两种方案进行了对比研究。同时根据目前煤炭市场形势,建议将九苏木至丹洲营段进行单线双向自闭改造作为过渡方案,尽快实施;根据大同口运量需求情况确定增建双线的时机。

According to the current transport capacity of Dazhen Line, the article systematically analyzes the necessity of enhancing the transport capacity of Jiu Su Mu to Danzhou Battalion. Combined with the investment budget of the project, this paper analyzes the strategic significance of the project construction to the Dazhun railway and the breakeven point of the project investment, and compares the two schemes of single-track bidirectional self-closing and double-track construction in Jusumu-Danzhou Section . At the same time, according to the current situation in the coal market, it is proposed that the single-lane bidirectional self-closing reform should be carried out as a transitional project from JiuSuMu to Danzhou, and the implementation should be carried out as soon as possible. The timing of the construction of double lines should be determined according to the demand of Datong port.
