发酵过程中产生或外加的金霉素大部分扩散入金霉素链霉菌细胞内。金霉素链霉菌菌体破碎吸收实验表明 ,金霉素被细胞内成分吸收 ,并非简单溶于胞内。在生理或中性 p H条件下 ,95 %以上的金霉素扩散入金霉素链霉菌细胞内。当 p H降至 1.4 ,大部分金霉素溶于溶液中。金霉素进入细胞的过程为被动扩散过程。对金霉素特异性吸收可能是金霉素链霉菌产生高抗性的一个主要原因。
Chlortetracycline produced or added during the fermentation process mostly diffuses into Streptomyces chrysogenum cells. Chlortetracycline Streptomyces fragmentation absorption experiments showed that chlortetracycline is absorbed by intracellular components, not simply dissolved in the cell. More than 95% of chlortetracycline is diffused into Streptomyces chrysogenum cells under physiological or neutral pH conditions. When p H drops to 1.4, most chlortetracycline is dissolved in the solution. Chlortetracycline into the cell process for the passive diffusion process. Specific absorption of chlortetracycline may be a major cause of the high resistance of Streptomyces aureus.
