提出了将拥塞控制从传输控制协议 ( TCP)分离而改变为一个独立于各传输协议的拥塞控制代理方法 .拥塞控制代理一方面执行主动拥塞检测协议 ,检测网络可用带宽 ,控制各网络连接都以线性增加、成倍递减方式调整发送数据速率 ,可有效保证网络稳定 ;另一方面通过一个应用接口提供网络连接的状态信息 ,利于网络多媒体应用采用自适应传输机制而提高传输质量 .模拟结果证明 ,受拥塞控制代理控制的网络连接对 TCP连接是友好的
A new congestion control proxy method is proposed, which separates congestion control from transmission control protocol (TCP) into a congestion control agent that is independent of each transmission protocol.Congestion control agents, on the one hand, implement active congestion detection protocol to detect network available bandwidth and control network connections Adjust the sending data rate linearly and multiply decremently, which can effectively ensure the network stability; on the other hand, the state information of network connection is provided through an application interface, which is beneficial to the network multimedia application adopting the adaptive transmission mechanism to improve the transmission quality. The simulation results show that, Network connections controlled by the Congestion Control Agent are friendly to TCP connections
