十八届四中全会提出“依法治国”后,如何以法治理念开展基层党建,推进组织工作法制化建设成为组织部门的一道新课题。本文通过分析当前组织工作存在的问题及其原因,对新时期组织工作法制建设的必要性进行了说明。同时,提出了加大组织工作制度建设力度,进一步推进组织工作法制化进程,助推“依法治国”的观点与措施。
After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward “governing the country according to law,” how to carry out the party building at the grass-roots level with the concept of the rule of law and promoting the building of an institutionalized legal system into a new task in the organizational sector? In this paper, by analyzing the problems existing in the current organizational work and its causes, this article explains the necessity of the organizational construction of the legal system in the new period. At the same time, it put forward the viewpoints and measures for intensifying the building of the organizational work system, further promoting the legalization of organizational work, and boosting the “governing the country according to law.”
