许多研究表明,肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)呈家族聚集性发病的倾向比较明显,肝癌家族史阳性的人群罹患肝癌的风险远超阴性人群。但关于肝癌聚集性发病的机制并未得到全面的阐释。该文对近几年来与肝癌家族聚集性发病相关的研究作出综述,以期为肝癌家族聚集性发病的研究提供一定的理论依据。
Many studies have shown that hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is more likely to have familial aggregation and the risk of HCC is far greater than that of negative patients with HCC family history. However, the mechanism of aggregation of liver cancer has not been fully elucidated. This review summarizes the studies related to the familial aggregation of hepatocellular carcinoma in recent years, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of familial aggregation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
