本文采用姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)法观察氧化乐果对体内外淋巴细胞和体外V_79细胞的细胞遗传效应。 对象和方法 1.测试对象:接触组16人,为海门农药厂氧化乐果包装车间的工人。年龄21~44岁。工龄1~6.5年。包装车间测得空气中氧化乐果浓度为3.203±2.856mg/m~3,由工人佩带个体采样器测得,共26人次。对照组11人,为本地区的健康工人。接触组和对照组的一般情况如吸烟、饮酒、疾病服药史,年龄和性别基本相同。对两组工人同时采静脉血进行SCE测试。
