见义勇为泛指一切为保护国家、集体财产或公民个人权益的行为,是现代社会的良好道德风尚。近年来,由于得不到法律的有效保护,见义勇为公民的合法权益受到了严重侵害,影响到全体社会公民实施见义勇为活动的积极性。在我国现阶段的民法体系之中,针对见义勇为行为保护的相关内容并不多,针对性也不强。为了保护见义勇为公民的合法权益,迫切需要完善我国的民法制度体系。
Righteousness refers to all acts of protecting the rights and interests of the state, collective property or individual citizens and is a good moral morals in modern society. In recent years, due to the lack of effective protection of the law, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens who are righteous and intimidated have been seriously violated, affecting the enthusiasm of all social citizens in carrying out the activities of courage and justice. Among the civil law systems in our country at this stage, there are not many relevant contents for the protection of righteous acts of courage and the pertinence is not strong either. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the brave citizens, there is an urgent need to improve our civil law system.
