目的:以复方鳖甲软肝片为对照,观察柔肝抑纤饮抗大鼠肝窦毛细血管化的作用并比较两种药物的疗效差别。方法:建立DMN大鼠肝纤维化模型,将动物随机分组:A组(正常组);B组(模型组);C组(柔肝抑纤饮组);D组(复方鳖甲软肝片组)。分别灌服相应药物。检测血清HA、col-Ⅳ,行胶原染色(Masson)染色、免疫组化染色观察并测定肝组织vWF、LN的表达,电镜观察窦周隙超微结构。结果:C组在降低血清HA、col-Ⅳ水平,减少胶原染色百分比含量以及LN、vWF免疫组化阳性面积等方面,作用明显优于D组(P<0.05);电镜观察发现,C组肝窦内皮失窗孔和内皮下连续性基底膜的形成等病变也相对为轻。结论:柔肝抑纤饮能显著改善LN、vWF等反映肝窦毛细血管化的敏感指标,一定程度上逆转DMN大鼠肝窦毛细血管化,整体疗效优于复方鳖甲软肝片。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Rougan Yixian Decoction on hepatic sinusoidal capillarization in rats and to compare the difference in efficacy between two drugs. Conclusion: Rouganxiaoxianyin can significantly improve the sensibility of hepatic sinusoidal capillaries such as LN and vWF, and reverse the hepatic sinusoidal capillarization in diabetic rats to a certain extent. The overall curative effect is better than that of compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets.
