目的:分析建德市第一人民医院抗感染及消炎药所致不良反应(ADR)的发生率、发生类型和构成比等,推动临床合理用药。方法:对该院2007年9月2009年3月报告的79例抗炎药ADR,利用M icrosoft Excle电子表格进行频数分析。结果:由抗炎药所致ADR药品种类涉及7个种类,其中头孢菌素类药物导致ADR发生率最高,尤以头孢曲松钠最为明显。最常见的ADR表现为呼吸系统损伤(44.30%)。结论:建议在应用中注意对症下药,辨证施治,加强ADR的监测,以期最大限度的减少ADR的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the incidence, types and constitutional ratios of anti-infective and anti-inflammatory drug-induced adverse reactions (ADRs) in First People’s Hospital of Jiande City to promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS: A total of 79 anti-inflammatory drug ADRs reported by the hospital from September 2007 to March 2009 were frequency-analyzed using the Microsoft Excle spreadsheet. Results: There were 7 types of ADR drugs caused by anti-inflammatory drugs, of which cephalosporins led to the highest incidence of ADR, especially ceftriaxone sodium. The most common manifestation of ADR is respiratory damage (44.30%). Conclusion: It is recommended to pay attention to the right medicine in the application, syndrome differentiation and strengthen the monitoring of ADR, with a view to minimize the occurrence of ADR.
