学生事务管理对学生的成长与发展起着不可替代的规范作用、保障作用和引导作用。目前我国高职院校学生事务管理中人本管理还存在一些问题,必须坚持以人为本、构建引导服务型高职院校学生事务管理模式的工作思路,持续改进学生事务管理工作,促成建立新的学生事务管理模式。
Student affairs management plays an irreplaceable normative role, a safeguard role and a guiding role in the growth and development of students. At present, there are still some problems in the management of students affairs in higher vocational colleges in our country. We must adhere to the principle of people-oriented, construct the mentality of guiding student affairs management mode in service-oriented higher vocational colleges, continuously improve students’ affairs management and promote the establishment of new students Transaction management model.
