坚持以人为本,是时代发展的客观要求,是破解当代中国经济社会发展难题的钥匙,同时也有利于营造和谐宽松的国内外环境,赢得发展的主动权。以人为本的基本内涵是坚持发展为了人民,发展依靠人民,发展成果由人民共享,以实现人的全面发展为目标。在汶川大地震周年之际,以“以人为本”为话题,让我们重新回顾和领略党的执政理念在实践中得以不断的升华。
