采用大口径钢质顶管是解决上海城市供水的基本措施,顶管实施工艺使得腐蚀防护面临诸多难题。防护涂层要保证在钢管顶进过程中涂层破坏小,在非开挖的条件下需提供牺牲阳极安装条件。研发的高性能涂层加牺牲镁阳极阴极保护联合防护方式经现场试验能满足腐蚀防护需要。当前全线钢顶管采用高性能防护涂层,现场测试发现存在杂散电流,应尽早实施阴极保护抑制顶管腐蚀。
