目的:对比观察近视眼LASIK术后滴眼液应用的临床效果。方法:选择30例36眼近视眼行LASIK术后用药,分常规用药组(对照组)和加用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液组(观察组),进行疗效对比,观察时间为6个月。结果:术后两组视力恢复比较无统计学意义,但在视力疲劳及自觉症状消除等方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:观察组对于LASIK术后出现的视力疲劳等症状有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To compare the clinical effect of ophthalmic eye drops after LASIK surgery. Methods: Thirty-six eyes (30 eyes) were treated with LASIK after surgery. The patients in control group and control group were treated with Diopterin (observation group). The observation time was 6 month. Results: There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups after operation. However, the visual acuity was better in the observation group than in the control group in terms of visual fatigue and elimination of symptoms. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The observation group has obvious curative effect on visual fatigue and other symptoms after LASIK.
