京津冀都市圈是我国极具发展潜力的沿海经济圈,经济的发展不断地推动着该区域机场吞吐量的增长。伴随航空运输需求的增长,机场容量成为限制民航发展的一个主要因素。如首都机场容量马上达到上限,首都第二机场正在积极的筹建。同时,区域内主要机场即首都机场吞吐量份额占到总吞吐量的90%,其他机场份额很小,导致区域内机场发展极不平衡,机场资源利用不充分,需要整合区域内机场资源,实现区域内多机场协调运营。
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is a coastal economic circle with great potential for development in our country. The economic development has continuously promoted the growth of airport throughput in the region. With the growth of air transport demand, airport capacity has become a major factor limiting the development of civil aviation. If the capital airport capacity immediately reach the ceiling, the capital of the second airport is actively planning the construction. At the same time, the throughput of the major airports in the region, the Capital Airport, accounts for 90% of the total throughput. The share of other airports is very small. As a result, the airports in the region are extremely unbalanced and the utilization of airport resources is inadequate. Airport resources in the region need to be consolidated to achieve Multi-airport coordinated operation in the area.
