社会多元化、校际间竞争激烈、家长教育消费选择、学生大多是独生子女等,对教师自身专业素质提出了更高挑战;促进教师自身专业素质提升是多途径的,而实现教师自我管理愈来愈突显出其重要作用。本文从什么是教师的自我管理、教师自我管理的现实意义、实现教师自我管理途径三个方面,探究教师自身专业素质提升的新途径,为其注入新内涵。
