“课程改革是人的改革”“课程发展是人的发展”“没有教师的发展就没有课程的发展”这是英国著名课程专家所指出的。从中我们可以看出教师在课程改革中的重要作用,教师是课程的最终实施者,他们的思想、行为、观念等对课程变革过程以及对课程改革转化为课程实践的方式都有着强有力的影响,没有教师的相应变革,就不可能实现课程改革。在全面实施新教材的这几年中,我们在与新教材、与幼儿、与教师之间的对话中共同成长, “Curriculum reform is human reform ” “Curriculum development is human ” “Without the development of teachers there is no curriculum development ” This is a famous British curriculum experts pointed out. From which we can see that teachers play an important role in the curriculum reform. Teachers are the ultimate implementers of the curriculum. Their thoughts, behaviors and concepts have a strong influence on the course of curriculum reform and on how to transform curriculum reform into curriculum practice. Without the corresponding change of teachers, it is impossible to realize the curriculum reform. In the past few years of full implementation of the new textbooks, we have grown together in dialogue with new textbooks, young children and teachers,
