《中共中央关于加强党的建设几个重大问题的决定》指出:培养和选拔德才兼备的领导干部是关系全局的重大问题。必须抓紧培养和选拔优秀年轻干部,努力造就大批能够跨世纪担当重任的领导人才。这一重要论述,充分体现了党中央对加强党的组织建设、做好党的干部工作的高度重视,也充分表明在新形势下,培养和选拔德才兼备的领导干部的紧迫性和重大战略意义。 干部队伍建设是党的组织建设的关键环节。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning Strengthening Party Building” pointed out: To train and select leading cadres with both ability and political integrity is a major issue concerning the overall situation. We must step up training and selecting excellent young cadres and strive to create a large number of leading cadres who can shoulder the important task of carrying forward the century. This important exposition fully demonstrates that the Central Committee of the Party attaches great importance to strengthening the Party’s organizational construction and doing a good job in the work of the party’s cadres. It also fully shows that in the new situation, the urgency and major strategies for training and selecting leading cadres with both ability and political integrity are important significance. The building of cadre ranks is a key link in the party’s organizational construction.
